The Wills and Probate Department of our firm offers a bespoke service paying specific attention to your financial position and offering advice tailored to your needs. A personal meeting is advised but if this is inconvenient we are able to provide you with an extensive checklist of matters which you might wish to consider when making your Will.

We also deal with all aspects of Probate matters, advising executors in all stages of the administration of Estates, payment of Inheritance Tax and distribution of assets. We understand very well the need to act sensitively at all stages of dealing with an Estate and we are able use our experience to make matters as comfortable as possible for all persons concerned in these situations.

It is important to remember Wills require attention on a 3 to 5 year cycle.
