Leasehold Enfranchisement at Unsworth Rose

We undertake all types of work relating to lease extensions, leaseholders acquiring a right to manage their building and the collective purchase of freeholds by leaseholders. We act on behalf of both landlord and tenant involved in the negotiation of such work, including the completion of documentation where matters are agreed and negotiations of terms when the provisions of leasehold legislation are invoked. We therefore become involved in dealing with the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT) which is very much an expanding area of law at the moment.

We also work closely with a number of surveyors who are instructed to provide valuations for these transactions.
